VISION
Evergreen Business Park is strategically located in the heart of Little Island, Cork’s Premier Commercial Location. Just 1.5 kms from the new Dunkettle Interchange, Evergreen is highly accessible to Cork City Centre, the M8/N25/N28.
Consisting of 20 acres, the commercially zoned business park has full planning permission for a 5 building state of the art business campus totalling 240,000 sq ft with blocks ranging from 30,000 to 65,000 sq ft. The buildings have been designed to provide for multiple buildings to be amalgamated to provide larger units in the 100-250,000 sq ft size range.
A unique feature of Evergreen is the 4 acres of retained Irish native woodland located on the south of the site. This consists of a mix of existing mature plus newly planted native woodland. The buildings will be the first of their kind in Cork to be built to LEED Gold standard and are designed with occupier needs to the core of all design decisions including up to 40 metre yard depths, 14 metre high eaves and 1 dock leveller per 10,000 sq ft.
